PF 7A case

Section 7-A of the EPF Act vests the PF Commissioner with powers similar to that of a civil court i.e. enforcement of the attendance of any person or examination of the person on oath, discovery and inspection of documents, receipt of evidence on affidavit, and issuance of commissions for the examination of the witness.
